Our policy lasts 30 days.
If by any means you are not happy with the product, let us know so that we can send a refund. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

You can leave a message with your name, the description of your order, and the order's date. We will also inform you of the approval of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-6 days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or any proof of purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the name on the order, orders description and what you intended to purchase.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'd receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
Packages are generally shipped the day of the purchase, day up to 5 days. Arrivals range from 2 to 7 days on regular mail. If you have any issues or your package has not arrived after 6 days, please contact us to address the issue.

Gourds and straws that need to be returned: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund even if the product says free delivery.
